Acknowledgment. Your continued use of https://foxnhaul.com constitutes acceptance of these Terms. Foxnhaul reserves the right to deny service to anyone who does not accept them.

Scope of Services. Through this Site, Foxnhaul markets and arranges Junk Removal, Junk Hauling, Debris Removal, Furniture Hauling, Commercial Junk Removal, Hoarder Cleanup, Hot Tub Removal, Junk Car Removal. All work is performed under separate written agreement.

Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.

Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.

IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by Foxnhaul or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.

Charges. All service fees are agreed in writing in advance. Your service agreement specifies payment schedules and any refund provisions.

Termination Rights. We may end your access to the Site at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior.

No Warranties. Foxnhaul disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.

Cap on Damages. Liability of Foxnhaul arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.

Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold Foxnhaul harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.

Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of OH, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in OH.

Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
